Matrix enablement among other things

Enabled matrix, provided new tmux config, enabled a few plugins for doom
emacs, added arc-nixexprs and matrix packages from that. Added backlight
and battery monitors to my waybar config. Added kat to video group so
backlight control is possible.

Color scheme changes. Desktop profile stuff.

Removed redshift, not supported under wayland afaik. Moved to Arc-Dark
because ow my eyes. Added pcmanfm to desktop profile. Changed color
scheme a bit to be less confusing.

Moved to doom emacs. Changed wallpapers. hextorgba working. Waybar now
uses nix templated CSS pulling from colors.nix.
