Removed GNOME from Samhain. Turned LightDM on for Samhain.

As it turns out, if you don't have pkgs.gawk in the path for the thermal script, you don't have awk.
If you don't have awk, it can't actually do any of the power mode switching and locks your card at a lower power mode.
I have a brain, I swear! I just, left it on the counter.

Changed Rust to use rustup instead of using Nix provided cargo+rustc for VSCode compatibility.

Samhain has been adjusted for automounts and to provide transmission+SMB for /disks/BigEXT instead of for /var/lib/transmission/Downloads which was residing on the SSD.

New system (Mabon). Renamed "unstable" to nixpkgs-master for correctness. Added Google Chrome and VLC to the desktop profile for Chromecast usage. Added MultiMC to the gaming profile.
